We use your information solely to respond to your request, verify eligibility to invest, and communicate with you about Montfort Capital. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate this site and, where applicable, verification providers required to confirm accredited-investor status.
Retention and your choices
We keep access requests for as long as needed to evaluate and maintain our investor relationships. You may request that we correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us, and we will honor the request unless we are required to retain records by law.
